Tonight, read your section of the reading. You will have all class period on Thursday to meet in groups and create a game plan. Someone in your group should make a GoogleDoc to work from and share it with me and your group members (has to be done from a desktop/laptop). Tomorrow in class you should decide which philosopher everyone is going to be (one from each of the four regions, no more than two from the same region) and you will get your topic. Then you can start your dialogue.
Your Thinkers go to Starbucks project is due Tuesday, October 15.
Friday in class we will write a comparison essay. It will cover the regions we have talked about in class (Persia to Greece) and will focus on the religions/philosophies of the regions. Remember, you will need to know similarities and differences between each religion/philosophy.
Helpful Handout: I found this online..it's a fairly comprehensive and provides links to other helpful resources. For the essay Friday, you do not need to know about the Roman religion or Christianity.
